FAQ's

How long does it take to deliver a kit printed with logo, numbers and badge?

Lead times can vary depending on the items purchased. We detail all estimated delivery dates on a confirmation email. Our standard lead time for customised kit is currently 2-3 weeks.

How can I track my delivery once it has been sent out?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information from your courier.

Can I see what the item will look like before or after it has been customised?

If you are uploading a new badge, club name or sponsor logo, our Design Team will email you a visual prior to production for approval.

The order will not progress into production until this has been approved by yourself.We do not however provide visuals of player names, player initials or numbers.

Please ensure the text has been entered correctly as our team will print exactly what is entered at the time of ordering.

Similarly for Embroidery, if you are uploading a new badge or embroidered text, our Embroidery team will email you a visual prior to production for approval.

Due to the high volume of orders we process, unfortunately we’re unable to provide photos of the order while it’s in production.

Are you an official dealer of Adidas Joma etc...?

Yes, we partner with the top brands in teamwear and every product comes directly from the manufacturer. All of our products are 100% genuine.

Who carries out the printing and embroidery?

All customisation is carried out by the team on our premises as it allows us to control all stages of the embroidery and print process.

Yes, at the checkout customers can select to Pay by BACS.

Can customised items be returned?

Any items customised with printing, embroidery etc cannot be returned. All items should be approved before order placement confirmation.
