Returns Policy / Cancelling Orders

RETURNS

Cumstomers have the right to cancell their order within seven days if they change their mind, unless the graments are bespokely decorated ie, printing,embroidered garment can not be returned.

Any iteams which are returned for refund or exchanged must be recieved bac k at 76 Waterloo Street within 14 days of receipt in a new and unused condition, preferrably with original packing intact, along with the fully complete Returns Form.

We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Refunds will be completed within 30 days of cancellation.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You may cancel any order for non-customised products free of charge and without giving us any reason, if order has not been shipped from supplier.

Customised product orders cannot be cancelled before shipment, because we start building the customisation of the products immeditley after recieveing the order. You are however entitled to return your order in accordance with the return procedures.
